Terms and Conditions
1. A non-refundable deposit equal to one-eighth of the final price is required in order to reserve Ryan's services for the wedding date. Please make the deposit payment via check and mail to 90 S Oxford Street #3, Brooklyn, NY 11217, or send the deposit over a payment processing service (e.g., Venmo, Apple Pay). The final balance will be due upon completion of the receipt of all photos. If the client cancels the wedding, the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Ryan will establish an arrival time for the wedding date with the client prior to that date and remain on duty for the number of hours agreed upon.
3. The client is solely responsible for securing permission from the site owner/operator for use of the production site as well as authority for Ryan to set up all necessary production equipment.
4. The agreement of the service to perform is subject to proven detention by sudden illness, accidents, or any other legitimate condition beyond the control of Ryan. Every reasonable attempt will be made to secure a backup photographer in such an unlikely event.
5. Ryan reserves the right to discontinue photographing in any situation (e.g., rain, extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous locations) that could put the safety of the photographer or equipment at risk.
6. Ryan and accompanying personnel (e.g., second shooter) will be provided a meal during the reception.
7. When the photos are complete, Ryan will send the client an online downloadable link to the photos.
8. Ryan reserves all copyrights to the final product. The client has permission to share the photos in any format; however, Ryan's name and/or website address must be credited.
9. Ryan is permitted to use any photos from the client’s project in his portfolio and on his social media. He may include the names of the couple for promotional purposes.
